Winter Semester: Typically July 1st - September 5th
Summer Semester: Typically January 8th - February 5th

Most programs allow late enrollment with valid reasons, with some administrative tolerance for document submission
Contact the Admissions Office immediately if you miss deadlines.
Step 1: Final Enrollment
Complete enrollment in person or online
Pay tuition fees (if applicable)
Receive student ID and access credentials
Step 2: Course Registration
Register for courses during designated registration periods
Check course availability and prerequisites
Finalize your semester schedule
EU/EEA Students:
Free tuition during regular study period (usually 6 semesters) + 2 "tolerance" semesters
After tolerance period: €363.36 per semester + €25.20 ÖH student union fee
Non-EU Students:
Tuition fees: €726.72 per semester + €25.20 ÖH student union fee

Important: Non-EU Students from low-income countries may be exempt from paying the tuition fees and instead only need to pay the €25.20 ÖH fee. Please check with the Admissions Office to see whether this applies to you.

Secondary school leaving certificate (Matura equivalent)
Official transcripts with grades
Passport copy
Proof of German/English proficiency (depending on program)
Passport photos
Proof of health insurance (e-card)
